Project and Allocation :

Promoni 1.0 is a Project Monitoring software that includes timesheets and reports. It is a web-based, hosted application that is used to facilitate organization, functioning at multiple locations. Promoni 1.0 is a simple tool which can be customized for any software project.

A software project can be divided in to number of modules, sub-modules and tasks.  The tasks have attributes like number of hours planned, and date of planned completion.

The resources with reporting hierarchy are created which will be mapped to roles.

The tasks can be assigned to resources with hours of allocation and target dates. Multiple tasks can assigned to a resource and a task can be assigned to multiple resources.

Time sheets:
 
Resources can login and fill in their time sheets with the ‘tasks’. The resources can also log in issues related to tasks. The documents to be communicated on project issues can be attached.

The time sheets and issues are approved periodically by reporting hierarchy and confirmed.

These time sheets can be used for both Payroll and project reports.

Reports:

Reports are dynamically ready on tasks and consolidated project status. The reports are available to view based on the roles of the login User

A dash board is provided for the application which will report on the project issues for the attention of managers and authorities.
